Make the best New Year resolution! Learn to manage stress and reactivity. Stress is part of life for most of us. But if we manage it well, we can prevent it from eroding our health and wellbeing. We can get on top of it before it takes hold!
If you take care of yourself, you are better able to do the best for those you love and care for. You have more energy for the things you really want to do. Even if stress has already got the better of you, you can still learn how to take control of it and get your life back.
In this course, you will learn Mindfulness and other valuable skills in accordance with the MiCBT model. You will be better able manage your life and problems. You will enjoy a better quality of life!
